Our philosophy:
knowing what to live and stand for
____________________________________________________________________
Past:
Gratitude for everything the generations before us have earned through hard work. Appreciation for the cultivation of the Zweigelt grape variety by my great-great-grandfather, Dr Friedrich Zweigelt, who never tired of trying to get the best out of it. Respect for tradition without neglecting further developments.
Present:
Quality as our top priority. Wines with a unique character reflecting our personality. A breath of fresh air from the new generation.
Future:
Foresight in all areas of work. FAIR’N GREEN as a sustainability system that is in line with this very philosophy. Openness to change without ever distorting the clear characteristics of our wines.

Anna Leithner
Since 2024, I have been proudly managing our winery in the 12th generation.
I was born with a certain affinity to wine, no doubt, but it was only after my studies in other fields that I discovered my passion for the wine business. Maybe this wasn’t such a bad thing after all. Through these detours I was able to get new perspectives, gain different work experience and broaden my horizons. This has given me a clear focus for the future: quality, sustainability and innovation in the right places.
Thomas Leithner
always there with some good advice
For my Dad, a good glass of wine is part and parcel of quality of life. Bringing this quality into the glass and thus sharing it with others, has always been his major goal. Now, he has the honour of accompanying the next generation doing so and being there to give good advice.

Heidelinde Leithner
always there with a helping hand
Even though my Mum has a completely different profession, she has always been a great support and helping hand to both the family and the winery.
She holds our family together with much love, patience and prudence. Her endless energy during the grape harvest makes her an appreciated grape picker. Guests are welcomed with great warmth and she always makes sure that our employees are fine.
Mirsat Aziri
The Allrounder
Mirsat has been part of our team for over 20 years and practically belongs to our family.
He knows the winery inside out, is reliable and independent and lends a helping hand wherever necessary. He is also the one who has our vineyards under perfect control.
